Delete your OverseasDeFi account
You can delete your account yourself at any time. It happens as soon as you confirm, and it can't be undone. Your membership is cancelled at the same moment, so you are not charged again.
On the web, sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account.
Sign in to delete your accountIn the app
Open You, tap your name at the top, then Delete account. If you signed in more than 10 minutes ago, the app asks you to confirm it's you first.
Can't sign in?
Email roman.rida@overseasdefi.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your login, name and email address
- Wallet addresses you saved
- Lesson progress and your onboarding answers
- AI chat conversations and the files you attached to them
- Discussion board posts, replies and votes, and the images you uploaded
- Bug reports you sent, with their screenshots
What we keep
- Payment records. Your invoices and payment history stay with Stripe, our payment processor, for tax and accounting.
- Your signed agreement. The record that you signed the OverseasDeFi Agreement is kept because e-signature law requires it, detached from your account.
- Public blockchain data. On-chain data is public and is not under our control.
